The federal government has announced that it would be indefinitely suspending the earlier fixed date of 18th January for schools resumption across the country.
According to reports, the second wave of Covid-19 is currently ravaging the country and the Minister of Education, Adamu Adamu disclosed during a press briefing that January 18th is not feasible.
The minister said:
“On the January 18 resumption date, we are reviewing it. We are going to review it. At the PTF meeting today, we considered it, and tomorrow, the ministry is going to take it up.”
Although, students are tired of staying at home,we urge them to exercise some patience.
