Chelsea Women beat Reading 5-0,win 2020/21 Women’s Super League title back to back

Chelsea are the champions of England for the second consecutive year, and become the most successful team in WSL history, with a record 4 titles!

A goal inside 2 minutes from Melanie Leupolz, before a Kirby brace, and goals from Sam Kerr and Erin Cuthbert meant Chelsea eased to the title – Man City won their game, but with Chelsea securing the 3 points at Kingsmeadow, it did not matter.

That goal also sees Sam Kerr win the Golden Boot, beating out Vivienne Miedema in her first full season in England – and Ann-Katrin Berger wins the Golden Glove, with the most clean sheets in the WSL!

The Kerr-by partnership has now combined for 52 goals in all compeitions this season – THE BEST parternship in women’s football.

Chelsea FC Women are the Champions of England, have already won three pieces of silverware this season… and have the Champions League final to play next weekend, whilst still being in the FA Cup!

Congratulations Chelsea Women FC!
